Standing Committee on Public Accounts
Pursuant to Standing Order 45(3) the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (PAC) is responsible for reviewing the Public Accounts and all reports of the Auditor General. In Yukon this committee is usually chaired by the Leader of the Official Opposition.
The Standing Committee on Public Accounts was appointed by Order of the Legislative Assembly on December 7, 2011 (Motion #7). The membership of the Committee was amended by the Legislative Assembly on November 27, 2012 (Motion #304 as amended).
